I have endometriosis (mainly seen on my right ovary). I have all sorts of pelvic pain all the time due to endometriosis, Ibs and pelvic organ prolapse. I have had the mirena coil for 4 years with helps with the endo pain. I had a pelvic ultrasound in nov20 which showed a 3 cm hemorragic cyst in my Left ovary. I was toldto come back in January to check on it again but i forgot to and I didn't have my pain. I had another ultrasound recently which showed an enlarged left ovary and Misshapen ovary. I am awaiting an mri and a CA-125 test next week but I am terrified. Anyone had a thing similar?
