After seeing a video whereby a woman was diagnosed with a subungual melanoma due to suspicions of her nail I quickly realised my boyfriend has the exact same "mark" on his thumbnail. He has since had photos forwarded to a dermatologist and we are awaiting a further opinion however we feel certain (and quite distressed) that this could be a subungual melanoma. The dermatologist could take up to two weeks to get back to us.

Are there any dermatologists or specialists here that could take a look at the photos attached? We are quite anxious as the characteristics of this sort of cancer are quite aggressive Thank you x
