Hey, I obviously know things have changed due to Covid, however, has anyone had a neck lump and further symptoms requiring a red flag referral only to initially be given a telephone consult? I would have assumed that ENT would have to actually look at the lump and investigate which obviously cannot be done over a telephone consult.
Any reassurance would be appreciated!
