Hi everyone,
So I saw the doctor twice last month, once about a suspected ear infection which I had antibiotics for, and again for swollen lymph nodes in my neck and collar bone. The doctor felt them and said they felt like swollen lymph nodes and they didn't feel concerning. It's been 4 weeks and they haven't gone down (they haven't grown either). I've just found a hard-ish pea-sized lump on the left side of my groin, and then another a bit lower down on the right side. I can wiggle them slightly but they feel rather fixed and they're not painful or tender.
Along with these, I'm also experiencing throat pain mainly on the left side of my throat (particularly after talking for a long time and swallowing) and occasional stabbing pains in both my ears (but typically my left). I also have a lot of sinus pain and pressure but not an unusual amount of mucus. Some days I have no pain at all and then other days it seems to flare up and hurt a lot.
I don't feel more tired than usual, and I haven't experienced any symptoms other than these
I was wondering whether anyone had experienced anything similar? I'm really concerned and it's so hard to get a doctor's appointment because of COVID.
Freya.
