Hi, 

I have quite bad health anxiety and in the past 2 weeks ive been experiencing an aching and throbbing pain in bones and muscles all over my body. I did the classic googling and have worried myself sick thinking that I have cancer. I have also experienced soem night sweats but I originally put that down to my Sertraline. I also have been getting on and off pain in my lymph nodes but I cannot feel any lumps. 

Just wanted to see if anyone has had any symptoms like this?
