Lymphoma symptoms? What would you do?

Hi after some advice, I'm aware that I sound like a complete hypercondriact but I know something isn't right... I'm sure (I know I sound like a loon) that I have cancer, possibly limphoma .. just want to know if anyone is going through something similar or has or just what would you do? Here's a list of my symptoms, I'm 28...

- night sweats (since around October/November)

- feel freezing cold all the time (when I go out side my hands go blue)

- persistent fatigue (to the point I struggle caring for my children and even texting people feels like a chore. This is the worst fatigue but it's litterally got to the point I do nothing but sit on the sofa or play games that involve me sitting down)

- swollen lymph node (under jaw and neck)

- I've lost a little weight but not much about stone and a half since October

- bad headaches everyday

- swelling in foot and face and back (gone now)

- persistent cough (I'm a smoker though)

- weakness like not getting enough Oxygen

- seriously achy to the point it hurts (perticularly back and neck)

- every morning I wake up I feel like I have a terrible hangover (I don't drink) and my neck and lymph nodes are seriously massively swollen (they already are swollen but they go really big)

any way had blood test and X-ray results:

- X-ray clear

- blood test shows inflammation and my blood is thick (she had to *** me a fair few times in blood test as blood was drying up while coming out)

would you persist that you know something is wrong ? I'm sooooo tired that even talking to friends and looking after my children has become to much, I'm just at a complete loss now and I don't know what to do :-( is it all in my head and this is normal?... I'm seeing dr again Friday (2 days)

please anyone advice would be so great full !

  • Hi there ... if I were you I'd ask for another appointment with a different  G P .. and write down all your symptoms and.... and show him / her ... and then say is this normal ... it def sounds wrong to me ...

It's better to be safe then sorry ... esp your thick blood sounds like something is not  right ... so be gently firm ... it's your health and it's effecting your family ... one thing I would say is please stop smoking .. I'm an ex smoker and if I could change one thing it would be I'd never started ... that's gonna make your breath and lungs even worse ... Chrissie....

  • I 100% agree with the stop smoking, I did quit for 9 months and felt so much better for it, I hate that I ever started,

thanks for the advice , I'll definitely right it all down and show them like you said, just don't understand what is wrong with me, the worst part is the being tired constantly , i just want to feel like me again and be the best mum I can,

thank you so much for the reply and hope your well!! Xx
