Cervix

Hi 

I'm looking really to see if anyone has ever had a red inflamed cervix with normal smear and occasional bleeding after intercourse , iv been reffered by the dr after an examination today under the 2WW system , now I'm really anxious , any advice right now to put my mind at ease would help iv got 5 children my youngest is 1

    I'm sorry for how anxious you're feeling about your referral but I hope it helps to know that 9 out of 10 people referred this way are not diagnosed with cancer. You can find out more about urgent referrals just here but if you'd like to talk things through with our cancer nurses they're available on 0808 800 4040, Monday - Friday between 9a.m - 5p.m.
