Debris in Fallopian Tube

Hello,

I am 30 years old and have a simple right adnexal ovarian cyst which measures just under 5cm, aswell as this I have been told that I have debris in my Fallopian tube. They're not sure what the debris could be and offered a partial hysterectomy by removing the one tube and ovary however I have inherited a bowel cancer gene known as Lynch syndrome which pre disposes my risk to womb and endometrial cancer so I have said to remove the lot. My CA125 bloods were 12 when last checked back in January when I was having pain in that area. I have had ultrasounds and more recently end of Feb I had an MRI. Gynae oncologist said that there is no indication of anything having spread on that but they can't rule out cancer until they can see what it is. I have been totally freaking and feel that any time with my 3.5 little boy is spent with me fearing the worst. Please if anyone can help with any coping methods I'd be grateful. I want to be able to put it in the back of my mind but now I feel I may have cancer.
