I have just received my results of severe dykaryosis I have been given an appointment on 12th but I am due to be on my period for that appointment, have anyone had a colposcopy while on their period or will I have to change the appointment? 

I am worried because my period changed dramatically from a week long heavy flow to a few days of barely anything for over a year now, but I thought it was due to the change in my contraception.

I have been trying to get pregnant for over 2 years too with no luck so could this be why? I sometimes have pain during/after sex and I have been having very painful ovulation pains and probably about 2 or 3 days a month with no cramps each month which I thought was to do with a possible endometriosis as I have been trying to get my doctor to test for it with no luck. But now I'm scared that I have assumed my symptoms were something else and it could actually be cancer
