I don't want to scare you but you need to speak to your GP I noticed that I did have small fluid filled lump in my neck the left side in the beginning of March and the GP request blood test and ultrasound then after one day I got the result back with small nodule in my right side which is benign and the left side is suspicious so they refer me to a biopsy test 

Please contact your GP as soon as possible xx

Make sure you book in with the GP it will calm your mind so much to go and get them checked and no one on here can diagnose you as we can't inspect you. Also if you have any other persistent symptoms, which doesn't mean constant but recurring, tell your GP about them. You're 15 and your lymph nodes in your neck can swell due to infections and stay swollen for a while and sometimes they never go down. Let us know how it goes when you get them checked. Good luck.
