Hello

I've got these lumps under the chin , above Adam's apple . I've had one lump since I was 14 and never really though much of it , it is quite firm and can push back a little.  It is visible through the skin 

Then recently in the same region I find a lump this time  one on the right . Can't be seen but I can feel it it's not to soft and not to hard . I can even pinch / grab  feels like a flat lump below the skin. I can also feel a hard pea lump just below this lump  too which is small and can't move it .  I'm 19 worried it could be serious. Really strange area to get lump under the chin as I see many people getting it in their thyroid much lower down the neck.
