Hello,

so I am driving myself insane! I'm 21 years old and I have been on the pill since I was 14 and last month mid way through my pill pack I had fairly heavy spotting very red in colour then this month at the same time I had a small amount of brown discharge when wiping. 
 

I am terrified it's cervical cancer I'm booking a private smear test as my gp surgery is useless. I'm not aware of any other symptoms apart from tummy ache but that might be from worrying? I do pee a lot but I also drink a lot of teas and water so idk. I do have bad health anxiety but this is a real symptom and just driving myself insane until I am seen next week at the private clinic. I'm not aware of any pain during sex either 

any advice would be amazing
