I'm sorry to hear that you're worried about some breast changes that you've recently noticed. It's definitely a good idea to get in touch with your Gp next week to arrange to get this checked out. 

IBC is a rare form of breast cancer and it's important to remember that there could be many other causes for the symptoms that you're experiencing at the moment. Even if your GP decides to refer you to breast clinic, it can help to remember that the majority of women seen at clinic are not diagnosed with breast cancer. 

I hope that you won't have to wait too long for some answers and reassurance and that things settle down soon.
