Hi 

I'm 34 years old and realised I have a painless lump on my neck about half way down on the right hand side. More like a raised mound and about an inch or bigger. I've had ear pain for months and tinnitus that keeps me awake most nights. I went to the doctor and he said my ears aren't blocked or infected and the lump needs an ultrasound. I have to wait for a letter to get an ultrasound so I have booked a private ultrasound instead tomorrow

I haven't slept in days and I'm petrified I might have cancer. My dad passed away 3 years ago from cancer and it was horrendous to see him go through it. I was just wondering if anyone else has had these symptoms but it's turned out to be something different?
