Hi all i am scared beyond belief,

I have had problems with pcos as long as i can remember, but lately about 3 months ive had vaginal itching too. I asked my gyne about this and she strugged it off as irritation from my pads. But now i have a growth on my labia. It is about 6mm big and is whitish, its not smooth the best way i can describe it is that it looks like a white nipple texture. Im frightened that its cancer. I have a dr phone appt tomorrow afternoon but phone isnt going to help. So i took photos of it too. Has anyone had this type of growth? What was it? I need reassurance im so scared.
