I had an oral biopsy on 16th March in Newcastle and I'm still waiting they said 2 weeks but now its nearly 4 weeks I am too waiting for results by post.

I rang the hospital on Thursday and they still weren't back from the lab.

Hope this puts your mind a rest that I've had the same wait

I had biopsies done on the 3rd March and I am still awaiting my results, I understand how anxious it can be.

Thank you, I rang the GP again they said to ring back o Thursday.. They said there is something on the system but she is not sure if the report is all through yet. Fingers crossed I reckon I will be okay I am just struggling with the wait like alot of people.

Hope you hear encouraging news soon. 

Personally really struggling....6 days since biospy and the waiting time is awful. Can't wait to hopefully put this behind me. Is it normal to wish people would stop fussing? I didn't tell my family but my partner told them. I would most rather not have bothered them.  It might not be malignant and might be just some silly infection.  Or is it bad and that's why the doctor was so quick to do the biospy but didn't explain their real concern? The sitting wondering what the results are is awful torture.  I wish i could just move on but it feels like I'm stuck in some worry vacuum atm. I know worry never helps but here I am. Sorry I am wasting your time.
