Hi Ive recently found a small lump to the left and just under my Adam's apple if I put my finger on it I can push it about abit and it starts to feel sore , sometimes my throat feels like it's swelled up and if I hold my throat while swallowing I can feel the lump move , I'm also finding that I'm sweating a lot at night while sleeping is this anything to worry about
