I think the old adage of "no news is good news" is a great way to think until you hear differently. It's not uncommon for CT results to take a couple of weeks to come back.
The scans need to be looked at by a Consultant and then it's possible that the results may need to be discussed by a multi-disciplinary team before a decision about the diagnosis and next steps can be made.
We know that waiting can be a difficult time. If you've not heard anything by the end of the week then maybe give the secretary a call to see if they're able to give you any information about how long you'll be waiting to hear.
