Found a lump below my nipple

Hello,

I wanted to see if anyone has experienced what I'm experiencing?

Ive just turnt 30 and towards the end of 2020 I noticed a pea size lump in my breast just below my nipple bottom of my breast area. I gave birth to my son last July so my breasts have changed slightly

I went to gp in December and she said I have lumpy breasts felt like tissue and to keep and eye for changes. I also have psoriasis and around the areola has been dry for sometime now I'm thinking is that a sign I have something like cancer that I've missed for my psoriasis as it's just on that breast with the lump also they have felt more tender lately too . I saw a different gp this week and she said she'll refer me to breast clinic for scan and biopsy to be safe but said she's thinks it's unlikely. I'm so nervous  all I can think about is this and worrying looking online. X

yeah the GP seems to agree it isn't breastfeeding related and isn't a blocked duct or mastitis as I've had both before. The lumps feel very hard and like they are attached to my breast bone.

my boobs are quite lumpy in general so could be tissue as my mum suffers from fibrocystic breasts. Is that what yours are like? Xx
