I was just wondering if anyone would be able to help me out. I have a lump on my anal opening. It has been there for a long time, I don't pass blood, it doesn't hurt, so I'm unsure what it could be?

Unfortunately no one here will be able to tell you what this lump might be and if you are worried about it, it would be a good idea to get in touch with your GP and get it checked out. Your GP will be in the best position to tell you more about it and will be used to dealing with lumps like these routinely.
