Breast Indent

I had a breast reduction 19 years ago so do have some scars, however I have recently noticed that when laying on my back, I have a rather large indentation to the left of my midline scar on my right breast. I honestly don't know how long it's been there, or if it's been there all along! 
I have also been getting pain in my right armpit on and off. I have fibromyalgia so I'm not sure if it's part of that or not. 
I am 40 years old and there is no history of any cancer in my family - should I still get this checked or am I just overthinking it?

    I think it would be a good idea to get this checked. Do mention to your doctor your medical background, that you had a breast reduction 19 years ago and that you don't know how long it's been there. Make sure you also tell your GP about the pain you've been getting in your right armpit and the fact that you have fibromyalgia. It's always best to get things like this checked even if only to get reassurance.
