I wonder if anyone else has experienced the same thing as me...

I have had a red/purple , itchy rash under arms, groin area, front of legs and on neck since November when it just arrived out of the blue. After ruling out any allergic reaction to soap powder etc I decided to contact docs. 

They prescribed hydrocortisone and then a mix of hydrocortisone and anti fungal cream. The rash has never really gone away since Nov.

Accompanied with this rash is extreme tiredness that I had put down to working in a nursery through the pandemic.  By the end of the week I am absolutely shattered, fuzzy headed, struggling to get out of bed and feeling like I'm hungover despite not having any alcohol.

About a month ago I noticed a lump in my neck and it was only after my husband persuaded me to go, that I actually went inside the gp surgery and the nurse had a feel of my neck.

The lump is hard, painless and the size of a pea. Although the lump is painless, the right side of my neck has started to become painful in the last couple of days.

It was a week ago that I saw the nurse and she said to come back if the lump gets bigger or if it doesn't go away. She didn't put a time frame on this so I don't know how long to wait for it to go away (fuzzy headed and forgot to ask).

What i want to ask is, did any of you have symptoms such as this and what was the outcome?

Also how long should I wait before contacting doc again?

I don't want to be a pain to them or seem like I'm some sort of hypochondriac. But it is worrying me.
