Found swollen lymph node in groin, now have pain?

Hi all, just looking for some advice!

Found a pea sized lump in my groin around christmas, waited a few weeks to see if it went but it didnt so saw doctor mid feb. Had no pain, felt fine in myself etc. Doctor sent me for a blood test, everything normal apart from slightly anaemic so I am on daily iron. They requested an ultrasound just to be sure as lymph node still swollen.

About a week after seeing doc I started getting groin pain, sort of over my pubic bone and across my groin where the lump was. I also kept getting lower right abdomen pain which felt like period pain but it wasn't. Saw doctor again, they suggested it might be a grumbling appendix, took a water sample and no UTI etc but I did have blood in my urine. Said if the pain got unbearable go to A&E but otherwise wait for ultrasound.

Since seeing the doctor the groin and abdomen pain has got steadily worse and is persistent but not to the point I feel like I need to go to hospital. It also regularly goes down into my inner thigh. Nothing alleviates it e.g painkillers, resting but nothing makes it worse like exercise. The lymph node also feels a bit bigger and its easier to feel a few more around it now. When it is really bad sometimes I will slightly limp.

For the past week I have also started getting aching into my hips and back and under my ribs, sort of feels where my kidney might be but I could be very wrong. Yesterday and today I have had a persistent ache in my right breast, sort of where the pectoral muscle is. I have also had shooting pain a few times in my abdomen. All in addition to the constant groin and abdomen pain.

Anyone else had anything remotely similar, all the symptoms are concentrated on my right side, left is perfectly fine. They all just seem so random.

I have the ultrasound this week and have to repeat the water sample too but its driving me mad.

Thanks in advance.
