So I had a ultrasound yesterday day and doctor urgently referred me to the bowel and pancreatic cancer unit.

I know im dying as not been well since Xmas and got pain from my rib cage down from all the top and bottom and on sides and back.

I feel like I'm at the end and don't know how to take the news I'm dying .

Just wished I could just die in my sleep. Sorry for being so negative.
