Worried after pelvic and transvaginal ultrasound?

Hi all I was wondering if anyone could help?

I went for a pelvic and transvaginal ultrasound after experience pelvic pain, pain in both sides ovaries, lower stomach pain and lower back pain. I went Sunday and I called my doctor today to see if results were back she said yes and theirs a note for me to book a routine appointment with my doctor who not back until next Tuesday now I'm really scared theirs something serious. I suffer with severe health anxiety xx

    I know it's easy for the mind to run away with different scenarios in these situations, but try not to assume anything. Receptionists are unable to give results as they can't answer any questions so it's always necessary to have an appointment with a doctor to talk them through. I'm sure the waiting for this appointment won't be easy, but try to keep yourself occupied and distracted to keep your mind off it while you wait as much as possible.
