Waiting on Biospy on forehead

I went in on the 3rd March and had a Bcc removed which has not healed properly as when the Dr removed stitches she took a swob and waiting on results for that. However what has my nervous going is the Biospy that was taken on the lesion on my forhead. They testing for Scc or Madolama think its called. I know i should not be worried. However Dr seemed surprised there was no results when i went for stitches to be removed as only had them removed on 10 days. With the wait I've done the bad thing and googled what Scc skin cancer is and doesn't sound good. Coming up three weeks should i be prepared for the bad news or is there a chance it isn't anything serious. I'm alone here as my close family live abroad so hard to really talk to anyone about my fears.

How long does it normally take to get results from a Biospy as i already battle with anxiety and on medication for it and this waiting is not helping. Am I being stupid for fearing its bad news when in fact might be nothing like they thought before Biospy.

I've also noticed the skin where Biospy was taken is numb has no feeling. Is that normal for your nerves to loose feeling and will the feeling come back.
