Hi I had a colonoscopy in late February. They didn't take biopsies and found a small polys which they want to remove. My stool is slowly getting Back to normal shape colour and still mucus visible but no blood.however the pains in my stomach especially around belly button and running up and down my sides and under the rib cage are terrible some days. I have noticed more wind too. I didn't have any of these pains before. Is this an after effect of a colonoscopy or did they damage me inside during it.
I also have ovarian cysts so could they have disturbed them
