Awaiting colposcopy

I am awaiting  a colposcopy next friday. 

I have felt a hard ledge like lump on my cervix when checking my coil. I have also had regular  spotting after sex. 

I also have a mass on vaginal entrance which seems to be on the top of vaginal wall. This is worrying but am wo seeing if this could be a prolapse or related to the lump on my cervix. 

The GP couldn't investigate the lump and cervix was tilted. 

I may be wrong it may not be on my cervix it maybe on vaginal wall near the back all I know is it was alongside my coil
