I found a few slight spots of blood on tissue that I have in between my pants but, am puzzled and worried now as to where it has come from. I do have an anal fissure but, seems fine at the moment. Have wiped from vagina and it seems nothing there. Just a mystery and bit worried as to whether it will appear again. Has anyone any thoughts what could have caused this. I am in my middle 70's.
