Hi
I am hoping some people with a bit more knowledge than me on these matters can give me some info from their own experiences. I am a 27 y/o female.
I have been extremely fatigued for the past 6 months nothing like ever before which I initially put down to maybe the pandemic making me feel a bit iffy or starting a new job. Anyway I started noticing that I was experiencing pain during sex which was incredibly painful. I then started getting spotting between periods (i have had regular periods every month for 17 years) i got the coil put in 2.5 years ago as I have endometriosis and to stop the growth and have had no issues with endo since.
I have not had a period for 13 weeks now. I went to see the doctor as I was experiencing the pain during sex, spotting and then the periods stopped. I thought I maybe had an infection. All my sexual health screening came back fine. My doctor said she also did a blood test to check whether there was an increase in white blood cells which would indicate infection. I had a very raw and friable cervix. I had BV and was treated with antibiotics and went back for a check up to see if matters had resolved by this. My doctor said my cervix was still too friable and the level of pain I was feeling was causing concern so made a referral to the hospital weeks ago but I have not heard anything. I had a PAP two years ago which came back clear. I also had a TVUS scan 2 years ago which came back clear when i was being treated for endo and from my understanding it's not possible that anything could have happened within this time frame?
I've also now just discovered a black/blue hard lump which is painless on my breast but I wont go back to the doctor as I don't want to appear as a hypochondriac.
I just dont understand what is happening to my body at the moment. This excessive fatigue, vivid nightmares and sweats and getting enough hours sleep but never feeling rested I just do not understand especially if nothing else is flagging up.
Can anyone with similar experiences provide me with any unformation at all? Thank you.
