Hi I just wondered if this had happened to any one else? I had an MRI on my neck following months of shoulder ,clavicle and neck pain. The next day I was telephoned at home and asked to go back as they wanted to scan 'higher up'.I thought, they want to scan my head but when I actually went for the scan they scanned my Spine....I'm at my wits end.I also suffer from stiff hands and can't raise either arm above my shoulders so was expecting an arthritis diagnosis. My question is why would they be so evasive about what they were doing or why? After the first scan the radiologist had said he had some great images so had I not expected to return.
I am anxious about it and worried it may be Cancer as my Mum suffered neck Cancer, my Sister a benign Brain Tumour and my other sister Breast Cancer. So kind of feel it's now my turn..Just to mention the pain in my shoulders is severe not just an ache, so worried about Bone Cancer.Does any of this sound familiar?
Thanks in advance for any reply x
