Hi, I've never used this before and have no idea what I'm doing. This is rly a last resort. I have health anxiety. 10 weeks ago I found an enlarged lymph node under my collar bone. Only appeared when I move it. I went to see doctors and they said to come back after 6 weeks. I've had no infection to make it swell. It's still here now, I've got a docs app soon but I'm sure all they will do is refer me to get an ultrasound, which means more waiting. 3 weeks ago I had blood test and all came back normal.
My anxiety is awful and after looking on the internet it says that the collar bone ones are the worst and should always be treated as abnormal. I'm sick with anxiety and honestly don't know what to do. :(
