Do I have infection after LLETZ treatment?

Hi guys, I had my treatment for CIN3 10 days ago under general anaesthetic. When I left the hospital I had a little blood from walking to the car, but after that, no blood. Just watery discharge until on morning of day 8 I woke up to a lot more than normal with pink blood, not a lot of blood, and ever since I'm on day ten I am still bleeding pink - so not a lot but I'm just wondering- is it possible an infection is setting in?
I don't get why I had no blood now I'm bleeding?

any advice would be a great help x

Welcome to the forum Bex although I'm sorry to hear about the intermittent bleeding you've been having since you had your Lletz.
As you'll see at the bottom of this page on our website, bleeding and discharge can occur up to 4 weeks after treatment but if you're worried or the bleeding becomes heavier then do be sure to get in touch with your GP or colposcopy nurse.
