Bowel cancer worries

My doctor wants to do a bowel cancer test. 

I am just wondering what others symptoms were please?

I am passing large blood clots with burning pains in stomach. 

I also have a sharp stinging pain on right hand side just under ribs which sometimes moves to the left bottom side of stomach 

I'm really worried :(
