On Saturday I was in work and collapsed, blood test show my iron levels are only 2 and HB 91. Past few days I have had cramps and some blood when wiping but I just thought it was piles.
I had a fit test and was positive so urgent referral sent for a colonoscopy. I'm only 38 years old but huge family history of bowel cancer, ulcerative colitis and chrons disease. My mum was 34 years old when diagnosed with bowel cancer and lost my Nan at 61 years old aswell.
Now I feel extremely tired, stomach cramps, no appetite, headache, low blood pressure and very dizzy
I'm so worried
