Worried about symptoms in left testicle

Hi

ive been feeling a slight ache in my testicle from august it went away around December i went to the doctor and they said it was nothing as it started to happen when I was hit with a football I think. It's now come back a round a week ago and now I have a feeling that I need to urinate more, I'm pretty sure it's not cancer but I would just like to be sure if anyone has any answer that would be great

    I'm sorry to hear that you've had some health concerns recently.

    If you're feeling the need to urinate more, it's certainly worth getting in touch with your GP to check that you don't have a urine infection or any other underlying condition. I'm sure they will be able to give you some reassurance.
