Firstly sorry for the bluntness, I'm 28 and I know every inch of my body inside out. My last smear test had abnormalities and with this new lump I'm internally freaking out.

 (I feel like this needs background info for me to get the right help)…. I was mastabating with a plain rubber *** (no vibration, nothing touching the clitoris).

I looked down and my *** was erect (normal) BUT it was bigger than normal then I noticed a large hard lump on the left side; I examined it, not a pimple, I squeezed around it doesn't hurt, pinched under it to (to feel for a end) felt nothing.

Then I touched/ pinched the lump to feel the texture, it was hard n soft but hurt (kind of felt like a cyst).

Now my erect *** has gone down I don't feel the lump but there is a slight pain where the lump was/ is.

HELP PLEASE
