Hey, so I'm a 23 year old and have just found a lump in my neck last week. There is one biggish lump (small grape) and one smaller one (blueberry size). I have also found other smaller lumps in the same side of my neck dotted about. I went to the doctors who got me to have some bloods but I'm concerned that she didn't feel the bigger lump I'm concerned about as you can see it and can only feel it when being it out from under my chin. It's hard and moveable. I have also been getting some sharp pains down the side of my neck where the lumps are. I know you can get swollen lymph nodes to infection but I haven't been ill recently. The only thing that worries me is I have a near constant pressure in my chest and I keep getting random temperatures which with my lumps I'm quite concerned. Has anyone else had similar symptoms? If you have been diagnosed with lymphoma what were your first symptoms? Other than the lump and chest heaviness I feel fine, no night sweats or weight loss I'm just worried because I'm young they might fob me off.
