about a month ago I was worried about a lump I had under my nipple and I went to 2 different doctors and the 2nd one said it more clearly that I have something t called  gynecomastia which they say is caused due to my weight being up and down all the time, so I was relaxed knowing nothing serious was there. 

last night I was itching my jaw right below my ear lobe and I felt a rubbery lump under my skin simular to the one I felt on my nipple, it moves kinda like jelly as I run my finger across the edge of my jaw it slips away. I booked a appointment to see the gp but just has me worried that the doctor got it wrong or something before and now it's worse for leaving it?

I read that the tonsillar lymph node is around the area I feel it so makes me think its a swollen lymph node but my mind straight away goes to they are swollen because I have something bad
