Hello, recently I have had an extremely itchy and irritable anus which was annoying mostly at night, I wiped constantly and now I have a lump about the size of a pea on the right side of my anus. My stools are always fine and I never have an issue with constipation, the lump isn't irritable but I am just afraid it could be some sort of cancer. Please let me know, thank you :)
