Hi there I have polyps removed on 4th November 2020 and what they thought was two or three turned out to be quiet a few polyps I was told it all went well they hit them all out no problem no cramps weeks later my results came back all negative too that there's nothing cancerous Thank god but now my only problem is that my bleeding has been off and on for four months in a row the longest I haven't bled has been 3weeks and just when I thought it was getting back to normal it's started again I'm heavy and still bleeding I'm so drained I'm already anemic can't imagine how much longer I can take this I'm so annoyed I've lost complete track of when I should or shouldn't be on as I'm just always spotting big not fully bleeding I don't know what to do my go said it's a three month recovery and that my womb has been manipulated that's why I'm off and on and now it's over the three months I'm now worried as before I though I'm ok cause I'm healing andbits all to be expected but surely now it's gone on way to long  HELP any advice will be grateful x
