High risk hpv no abnormal cells

Hi everyone

last year June/July I had my first smear at 25 and my results came back high risk hpv no abnormal cells I was so scared and worried as I had never heard of this before and was confused as I hadn't had sex in nearly 2 years I called my doctors and spoke to the nurse and she reassured me and said to eat healthy exercise stop smoking I didn't use to smoke that much only every now and then. Past forward 9 months I exercise at least 2/3 times a week i don't smoke at all since I found out I had hpv, I've been trying to eat really god and lose weight and just trying to live a healthier lifestyle. But these last couple of days I've been thinking and my hpv a lot and have been Googling(I know I shouldn't ) and started to get worried about my next smear that I'll still have hpv I'm hoping that my body has cleared it if anyone knows of any natural remedies or any vitamins I should be taking please let me know, as me and my partner would like to try for a baby later this year when we get married if anyone has been in a similar situation as me please let me know how you are doing.

thank you ️

  • Hiya hun last year I got the same results , I to have worried every since but apparently people have Hpv and not even know they have it ; but apparently our immune systems can clear it up over time and get a negative result, I mean I've got hpv also but no adnomal cells but on the letter from the hospital says I'm at higher risk like don't make sence really , I've also asked my doctor about the hpv vaccine that is now offered to young girls and boys in school , I said can I have it if I have Hpv they told me I would have to pay private I'm now 29 but my doctuer did mention perhaps my immune system will clear it up , as long as you get your smear tests done and keep regularly get checked then you should be okay, try not to worry hun xxxx

hope my message helps a little :)

  • Thank you beaut hopefully our immune systems will clear it, Yhh it's very confusing As I'm sure I had the hpv vaccine in school mine is coming up soon so nervous for it I'm hoping it comes back clear xxx

  • Hey I'm currently in the same situation you found your self in a year ago I've read the whole journey you've been on and now I see your waiting to see if your results came back clear can I ask did they?
I'm terrified and under educated about this whole process I just want someone to tell me it may all be fine

my maybe able to get rid of it on its own

  • Hey my smear 20 years ago came back with abnormal cells. I had the laser treatment that felt like strong period pains but nothing else. The thing I did find funny was how the doctor looked like a minor with his head torch! After treatment I have never had an abnormal smear and I have them every three months x
