Hi I'm 23 years old and I've just been referred to the breast clinic it's in 9 days time the 15th of March and I'm absolutely worried sick I can't cope. 
 

I've been having breast pain for a few weeks now in both breasts but mainly my right and when my arms raised up I have a thickening around my nipple which looks like a build up of tissue I'm not sure ? I also have some sort of dent under my nipple which is visible when my arms raised also. 
 

I also have a red spot on the side of my breast which isn't healing ( doctors don't think it's related) but I'm not too sure. 
 

if there's anyone with stories about the breast clinic or similar symptoms could reply I'd really appreciate it
