Ok so my health anxiety has been super bad lately and I guess I am just looking for advice/reassurance and I just don't know where else to post. My anxiety is often cancer related and about a week ago it was ovarian cancer that was my main fear. Now though, I'm no longer worried about that but am still super anxious as a few days ago my chest started feeling tight and I sometimes felt short of breath and now as well as that my stomach hurts and feels tight and uncomfortable sometimes after eating. Is this all anxiety related (although I have never felt like this with anxiety before) or is it something else as cancer keeps coming into my mind and I just dont know what to do. Can anyone help please??
