Is there such a thing as getting seen too quick panicking!!!

Hi new here !!! Long post alert

I'm a 34 year old mum, starting from a very long background. Have had strange symptoms for years dating back to the birth of my middle child 2013.

Dizziness, swelling all over, bowel problems etc.

When I was pregnant with my 3rd child I felt fantastic all my symptoms were gone!!! Found a lump behind my right ear had uss, reactive nodes. Referred to haematologist had positive Ana antibodies no symptoms so discharged. Fast forward to after my last child was born the symptoms come and go headaches Dizziness, numbness twitching eye problems bells palsy 4 times since August 2019. Got told I have functional neurological disorder since then I only sweat down the left hand side of my face I now have botox on my right side as it goes into spasm every few months December 2020 I had my last bells palsy and botox, since then I have not felt well!!!

Sweats by just standing fatigue breathless twitching arms and legs and weight gain!!! Felt the lump behind my right ear again it feels bigger and have ringing in that ear went gp had blood test CRP 14. She saw me again 10 days later felt more small nodes in hairline behind right ear, jaw and back of my neck and right armpit!!! Saw the haematologist Wednesday 4th since then had horrible stomach pain across my belly button think it's anxiety but will mention it at todays CT neck to groin scan booked yesterday!!!! I also had 8 bottles of blood tests taken looking at everything ANA,hep, flc, viruses and tumour markers with general blood tests. Had a phone call today to have a MRI brain scan Tuesday 9th . I guess my question is, is it normal to be booked in this quickly or am I panicking for no reason???? Scared mummy here don't want to stress my hubby out too much who is suffering with depression also

  • **UPDATE **

So had my CT scan yesterday, Got my MRI Tuesday. What's the quickest and longest waiting time for results during the pandemic???

Also can you find out your blood results separately or do they just ring after all tests are carried out??

  • **** UPDATE ****

Ok the panic is settling in now!!!!

Haematology have just rang to say I have a telephone consultation Monday 15th March, I've not even had my MRI which is tomorrow. Has anyone been given bad news over the phone???? I had my CT scan Friday 5th surely the results aren't back yet!!!!

Crying I'm now so so scared

  • Seem to be just replying to my own post, but hopefully this will be helpful to someone in the future

    UPDATE!!!!

Went to GP today as my tummy pain has gone into my back right kidney side. My urine is foul smelling and looked cloudy. The GP dipped it and said it lit up like a Christmas tree. So being treated for an upper uti. With 7day course of antibiotics. She was lovely and felt that my liver was enlarged which could be due to infection, on me reading my FBC and CRP today which were from last Wednesday is

Lft deranged and Crp is now 18  and general infection markers flagged. I don't understand why the haematology nurse I phoned yesterday as I'm worried about waiting for my results. She said the bloods are what she'd expect to see is that good or bad?? I just don't know where I stand infection or cancer surely they haven't put me on 2ww for no reason!!!
