Hi I'm a new user although have been looking on this website for a while. 

As the title says really, I've recently discovered a faint lump in my breast only when lying on my side. I have to press quite firmly to feel it but I can definitely feel something sometimes but then other times I'm not sure if I can feel it. 

Do you think I should get it checked out or am I being a bit too anxious. I suffer with anxiety so you can imagine how much I'm worrying over this.
