It's really down the individual hospital and how busy they from what I've read about people experience and my own. For example I had a ct scan nearly 3 weeks ago now and have my follow up tomorrow. I know my CT was ready 10 days ago as I was seeing an oral surgeon (same issue just not the cause) he read my CT scan report whiles in front of me but didn't discuss it with me as I've got to wait til tomorrow. So even when it's done and ready it can take sometime. If she's on the 2 week wait though she should get her answers a lot sooner (ENT are on 8 week for CT scan results if not 2week wait so 3 weeks is much better) so try stay positive and know the answers will come soon enough.
