Silica exposure, risk of silicosis?

I have been exposed to silica over some months not everyday and I wouldnt say always heavy
I have been taking walls down with a demolition breaker only old bricks and only twice have I broke concrete up
which i know contains silica. and I once used a big disc cutter to grind into concrete with no protection.

Im only 17 what are the chances of me developing silicosis after being involed in dusty operations on and off
