I've had ridiculous bloating for almost 3 months now. Also had a few drips of blood and some weird aching on the right side of my abdomen.

I had a colonoscopy about a week ago - not exactly the most dignified procedure but at least it's a step forwards. There are numerous things that could be causing your issues and at your age I imagine something like IBS or an infection of some kind are more likely than cancer.

For me, they found no trace of bowel cancer. Most causes have been ruled out so I've moved onto obsessing about liver cancer.

Don't worry yourself unduly. Whatever it is, you're a big step closer to getting it fixed!
