I have been told I have cancer from blood results but they're unsure where it is. Told it's a solid organ cancer. Had mri on spine today and got mri on liver Friday with bone marrow biopsy next Tuesday. Feeling in limbo
I feel your anxiety. My husband has had lots of tests and a digital imaging CT scan, the scan was abnormal and dark lesions found on his lung. On his paperwork it said he had been referred the Lung MDT team. I'm already suffering anxiety & depression and i am currently off work. My husband doesnt take about it and would rather wait for the outcome and deal with whatever it is, me on the other hand well I'm in absolute bits I've no idea what's going on, he goes to hospital appointments alone due to the pandemic, this has all happened within 4 weeks, he has been fast tracked.
Worst is I work for the nhs and I know the processes and pathways so I'm a complete wreck. Sending you positive thoughts xxc
Thank you. I've now had scans etc and they know it's spread to my eye socket and skull. Have pet ct scan organised as already had bone marrow biopsy so hopefully should have diagnosis and treatment plan in place. I'm a single mom to a 10 year old and while everyone is being amazing I'm mega scared x
